How the program works

Apply for the program
Submit the evaluation request form with your company and project information.

Receive approval confirmation
Participation is subject to approval based on project fit, installer qualifications, product availability, and program terms. Approved participants will receive confirmation and an estimated ship date.

Install and evaluate
Install the Smart Load Center on an approved real-world project and evaluate how it performs in the field. Koolbridge will determine the appropriate Smart Load Center model based on project requirements, installer fit, and product availability.

Return or purchase
At the end of the 30-day evaluation period, simply return the unit* or keep it. If you decide to keep it, the evaluation converts to a purchase at the standard purchase price.
*Koolbridge covers shipping to the approved project location. Return shipping is the participant’s responsibility if the unit is returned after the evaluation period.
